Shipping Address

Your orders will only be processed and shipped to the shipment address provided by you during your purchase. Please ensure that you provide correct address when completing your order.

Our company will not be liable in the event of an incorrect shipping address is provided and goods are returned to us. Shipping charges will be charged for any subsequent delivery attempt of goods due to incorrect shipping address provided by you.



Delivery

Your parcel will be delivered via POS Malaysia.



Delivery time

Within Malaysia: All orders within Malaysia will be shipped during working days and hours. (Monday to Friday, except Malaysian Public Holidays)

West Malaysia: Within 1 to 5 working days

East Malaysia (Sabah or Sarawak): Within 5 to 8 working days

NOTE: Kindly follow up your parcel with POS Malaysia. AveoVision Malaysia is not responsible for any unclaimed parcel & additional costs for re-delivery will be borne by the customer.



Return Policy

All promotional contact lenses sold are FINAL. NO returns, refunds or exchanges will be accepted. Please make sure you review your order (such as, contact lens power) before purchasing the items.
